These Terms of Use apply when you browse this BRUMEWELL store, create an account or place an order with BRUMEWELL. By using the store, you agree to follow these terms together with the information presented during checkout and on the relevant product page.

Eligibility and responsible use

You must be legally capable of entering a purchase agreement in your location, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information and use only a payment method you are authorised to use.

Do not attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, collect another customer’s information, place fraudulent orders or use the store for unlawful purposes.

Product listings

Read the product page before ordering, including the description, dimensions, materials, colour, options, compatibility, included components, care guidance and warnings where provided. Screen and lighting conditions can affect how colours appear. Decorative objects shown in a lifestyle image are included only when the listing says so.

Home and comfort products must be assembled, installed, charged, cleaned or used in accordance with the instructions supplied for that item. Stop using a product that appears damaged or unsafe and contact us for assistance.

Prices, payment and currency

Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Delivery charges, taxes collected by the store and the final payable amount are shown before order submission. Payment must be authorised before an order can proceed. A financial institution may separately charge for conversion or international use.

Prices, product availability and promotions may change for future orders. We will not charge a higher amount for an already placed order without your agreement.

Order review and acceptance

An order confirmation records that we received your request; it does not prevent us from contacting you about an availability issue, payment problem, suspected fraud, incorrect price or delivery restriction. If we cannot supply an item, we will notify you and refund any amount collected for the unsupplied portion.

Contact us as soon as possible to request a correction or cancellation. Whether a change can be made depends on the stage of order preparation and dispatch.

Website materials

Text, graphics, logos, page designs and other original store materials may be protected by intellectual-property law. You may use the website for personal shopping and information. Commercial reproduction, automated extraction or redistribution requires permission unless the law allows it. Product names and other third-party rights remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability of the website

We may update, secure, maintain or temporarily interrupt the website. We do not promise uninterrupted access to every feature. An interruption does not remove obligations already attached to an accepted purchase.

Applicable legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability, consumer guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory protections that apply in the customer’s destination remain available. Any limitation in these terms applies only to the extent permitted by the law governing the particular matter.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future website use and orders. The terms and order information presented when a purchase is placed generally govern that purchase, except where a later change is required by law or agreed with you.

Subscriptions and recurring charges

BRUMEWELL does not offer subscription products or automatic-renewal plans. A purchase is a one-time order unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.
